孙继荣,男,现任中国科学院物理研究所研究员,博士研究生导师,中国科学院磁学国家重点实验室M03课题组组长,2002年国家杰出青年基金获得者。1982年毕业于吉林大学物理系,1989年获中国科学院物理研究所理学博士学位,1999年晋升为研究员。1997-2003曾经先后多次在香港中文大学、香港大学进行访问研究。 |

主要工作
及成果 |
-
首先发现并系统研究了锰氧化物中的电/磁相分离现象,给出了相分离在磁性和电子输运方面的特征行为及其和大磁电阻效应之间的关系。相分离的普遍性现已为实验所证实并成为理解磁电阻效应的关键。
-
成功设计了具有磁场依赖整流特性的氧化物p-n结,发现了新颖的结磁电阻效应以及光伏特效应,后者直接给出了微观电子过程的信息。
-
研究了可用于信息技术的非挥发电致电阻效应,提出了新的物理模型,大大深化了对于这一新物理效应的认识。已在Phys.Rev.Lett, Appl.Phys.Lett和Phys.Rev.B等国际著名杂志上发表文章150余篇,他人引用1000余次。现为Phys.Rev.Lett,Phys.Rev.B和Appl. Phys. Lett,J.Appl.Phys审稿人,《Chinese Physics Letters》特约评审。
